Our educational content is based on publicly available sources, including KnowVA (the VA’s official knowledge system).
KnowVA gives up-to-date access to VA policies, procedures, handbooks, and rating schedules.

Help Veterans understand the VA process — both before and after filing — so they can navigate it with more confidence and clarity.

At a client’s request, VSOP may help locate independent medical providers and offer education on gathering supporting documentation.
However, VSOP does not prepare or submit VA claims.
We do not represent Veterans in any legal capacity.
We do not communicate with the VA on behalf of clients.
Responsibility for preparing, submitting, and managing all VA-related claims remains solely with the client.
Clients who work with VSOP do so voluntarily, with full understanding that:
• VSOP is not an accredited VA representative
• VSOP is not a Veterans Service Organization (VSO)
• VSOP is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency
