I didn’t build this system from behind a desk. I built it after getting beat up on 47’ MLBs, serving as an Independent Duty Storekeeper at a remote Coast Guard unit, and later as a recruiter, walking people through every step of joining.

 

I’ve lived every phase — rescue, resource, and recruit. People came to me when they didn’t know where else to go, because I understood federal regs, I knew how the system worked, and I genuinely loved helping people feel confident in the process.

 

So when I got out and saw how confusing the VA system was — how little clear guidance there really is — I couldn’t ignore it. Witht the VSOP team we built what I wish had existed when I separated. VSOP is the one-stop admin shop we all need— clear, grounded, and rooted in law.

 

This isn’t emotional. It’s checks and balances. And as veterans, we already know how to follow a checklist — we just need the right one.

That’s it. And it’s all based on CFR 38 — the same federal code I worked under for years. We don’t file claims for you. We teach you how — clearly, confidently, and with full understanding of what’s yours.

 

The VA was built on your shoulders. You carried the weight of service — you deserve to understand the system built because of it.
