The VA system is a process with records, deadlines, letters, and rules. Veterans SOP is an educational platform for service members, veterans, and veteran families. We teach how the system works so you can organize your file and take the next step yourself. We do not file claims. We do not represent you with VA.
Our Educational Course & Programs
Self-paced course: Navigating the VA System — $295 A self-paced online course that teaches how to organize your records, read procedural rules, and understand how the VA process works.
• One-time payment. No recurring fees.
• Lifetime access for as long as Veterans SOP hosts the course, plus downloadable materials.
Guided educational program — $650 This option includes the full online course, plus guided education, organization, resources, reminders and team support. You still build and submit your own package. This is not representation and it is not a rating promise.

Navigating The VA System
How this education is used
For Active Duty Service Members
Your record starts on day one of service, not after separation. The self-paced course teaches how to document and track what you already have while you are still serving. Learn the procedural rules before you separate. That work belongs in the file before you leave uniform, not after.
For Veterans
Choose the $295 self-paced course or the $650 guided educational program. Both teach how to organize records and understand VA rules. You can do this work yourself, or use what you learn alongside a VSO, attorney, or accredited representative.
For Friends & Family Supporting a Veteran
Helping is not the same as knowing the system. Learn the process with the veteran so you can help organize paperwork, watch deadlines, and read benefit letters without guessing. The veteran stays in the driver’s seat. You are learning the system, not taking over the claim.

Navigating the VA system can feel overwhelming and unclear. Veterans SOP was created to give you clear education so you can understand how the system works, organize your information, and move forward with greater confidence.
Whether you handle the process on your own or work with a VSO, lawyer, or accredited agent, our role is the same: help you understand the system so you can make informed decisions.
